M. Clare Schuller

M. Clare Schuller joined CB&S in 2012. Her practice involves civil transaction and litigation of individuals and businesses. She advises Banks on transactional document preparation and actively works in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Additionally, Ms. Schuller has extensive experience in buying and selling of businesses. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2012. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the US Tax Court. Ms. Schuller is active in the community through her representation of Low Income Taxpayers and is experience with the Internal Revenue Service’s Chief Counsel Small Business/Self-Employed Office in Baltimore.
